Shipping and handling information

• Free standard shipping and handling on all CD-ROM shipments via USPS Media Mail to U.S. addresses.
• Please contact TenSun Interactive for any expedited or international shipping requirements.

Sales tax

• A 6.25% sales tax will be collected on all products shipped to Massachusetts.
• Please contact TenSun Interactive when placing an order with Massachusetts tax exempt certificate.

Software license

• Each software title purchased includes a license to use the software on one computer and is subject to terms/conditions stated in MyWorld™ End-User License Agreement.
• Please contact TenSun Interactive for multiple-license discount when making purchases of 3 licenses or greater.

Return policy

• All CD and downloadable software sales are final. Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of TenSun Interactive.
• A defective CD can be returned within 30 days of receipt for an exchange of the exact same title. Please contact us for a return authorization.
